Note: This cast iron set will only fill one main cooking chamber with the barbecue. If you would like the set-up duplicated for both the main gas and smoker chamber you will need two sets.
Usage Instructions
When used with our barbecues, this cast iron griddle is designed to be used with adequate airflow. When in use, the entire cooking surface of the barbecue must not be fully covered with flat plates or griddles, as this can restrict airflow.
A grill grate does not need to be used to fill the remaining space. However, part of the cooking surface must remain open to allow proper airflow and ensure the barbecue operates correctly.

Care & Maintenance
Cast iron should be cleaned by soaking and washing in soapy water as soon as possible after use and once cool down.
NEVER place cast iron in a dishwasher as this will reduce the structural integrity of the product, remove any or all pretreated seasoning and likely cause rusting.
