Lemon Balm Melissa Seeds

Lemon Balm plants are grown around the world as an herb used mostly in medicine and to flavor foods. Its calming properties and mild lemon scent has been useful for centuries, and even today, new uses are being found with this herb.

Watch as these bushy plants grow up to 2 ft. tall with serrated heart-shaped green leaves and tiny white flowers. The lemon-scented leaves are cultivated and made useful in a variety of ways: grind the leaves up into a nice spice to go on fresh or cooked meals, or use the leaves wholly in salads, tea, soups, and more. Lemon Balm leaves can also be used in potpourri to give you a calming scent.
