Perfumer H Rose with Insect Temple Incense

Rose with Insect by Perfumer H takes the classic rose and gives it a wild streak. Think perfect garden bloom, then disrupt it with something unexpected and alive. Like an iridescent beetle landing on a petal, its beauty sharpened with a little bite.

The scent starts with juicy peach and bright neroli before diving straight into a bold rose heart. Musk and cardamom bring warmth, while sandalwood, papyrus, and birch add a dry, smoky edge that keeps things interesting. A hint of ionones and aldehydes flashes through like wings catching the light, leaving a finish thats modern, magnetic, and just a little dangerous.

Made by one of the few traditional incense makers in Kyoto, Japan, who also provide incense for the local Buddhist temples and monasteries, each stick is made with meticulous attention to detail, without using dyes, chemicals, or additives.
