Songbird Essentials A-Frame Mason Bee House

You’ve heard of birdhouses and butterfly houses, but it’s time to add a house to the block – the Songbird Essentials A-Frame Mason Bee House.

This humble abode attracts mason bees, which are just what every pollinator garden needs. Mason bees are solitary insects that don’t form hives but prefer to live alone in little natural tunnels and crevices. These bees are gentle and non-aggressive making them ideal for use in human populated areas like neighborhoods and public gardens. These docile bugs are excellent pollinators and are often used in orchards to boost productivity of trees and plants in the surrounding area. They are attracted to hollow reeds and seem to enjoy even man-made house, so this cozy bee home won’t be empty for long.
